1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed upon in writing.

 

2. Services Provided
Our company offers DJ and photo booth packages for weddings and events. Specific details regarding the services provided will be outlined ON YOUR INVOICE.

 

3. Venue Requirements

Disabled Access: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue has a disabled access entrance. Due to the weight of our equipment, if the venue lacks disabled access, we reserve the right to cancel the event without issuing a refund.

 

4. Damage to Equipment

If you or any of your guests cause damage to our equipment, you will be liable for the costs incurred for repairs or replacement. We will provide an invoice for the damage, and failure to settle this invoice may result in legal action.

 

5. Rights to Photos

By booking our services, you grant us the rights to all photos taken with our equipment. We may use these photos for advertising purposes across our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
 

6. Payment Terms

All payments made to our company are non-refundable. This includes deposits and any other fees paid prior to the event.
 

7. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. The remaining balance must be settled as per the terms outlined in your contract.
 

8. Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the client, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.


9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, or governmental actions.
 

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
 

11. Code of Conduct

We expect all interactions with our staff to be respectful. Any instances of abusive language or disrespectful behavioUr towards our staff by you or your guests will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to terminate our services and leave the event early without issuing a refund.
 

12. Feedback and Reviews

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience by leaving a review. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that we may reach out to you post-event for your feedback and to request a review of our services.
 

13. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to adjust the scope of our services based on venue constraints, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors that may affect the execution of our services. Clients will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
 

14. Setup and Breakdown

Clients are responsible for providing adequate time and space for our staff to set up and dismantle equipment. Specific requirements will be detailed in your invoice.
 

15. Equipment Guarantee

While we strive to provide high-quality equipment, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of equipment failure, we will make every reasonable effort to rectify the issue promptly.

 

16. Booking Confirmation and Venue Compliance
When making a booking, it is the responsibility of the Client to confirm that the Company MTR Productions has the right to work and hold the relevant insurance documents required at their chosen venue. Failure to confirm this with the venue does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. All payments made are non-refundable under these circumstances.

17. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event. Additionally, clients must provide a safe environment for our staff to operate without hazards.
 

18. Personal Property

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought by clients or their guests to the event venue.
 

19. Non-Transferability

The rights and obligations outlined in these terms and conditions may not be transferred or assigned to any other party without prior written consent from our company.
 

20. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
 

21. Communication

All communications regarding bookings, changes, and cancellations should be conducted through the contact methods specified in your contract.


22. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
 

23. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with any contracts or agreements made in conjunction, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
 

24. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of THE UNITED KINGDOM.
 

24. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.


By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
